Install Snapchat to your Amazon Fire Phone
Snapchat can be installed to your Amazon Fire Phone by sideloading. The process is easy. Follow our step-by-step tutorial to install Snapchat to y our phone. Snapchat will need to be sideloaded to your phone since the app is not available for download in the Amazon Marketplace.
Install Google Services
- Follow this tutorial to install Google Play and Google Services to your Fire Phone.
Enable ‘App Installation’
- Go to Settings (Swipe down from the top and click on the gears icon)
- Press ‘Applications & Parental Controls’ and then press ‘Allow non-Amazon app installation’
- Enable ‘App Installation’
Download Snapchat
- Open ‘Silk Browser’ and download the Snapchat APK file here: Snapchat APK file download
Install Snapchat
- Swipe right from the left side of the screen and go to ‘Downloads’
- Open the downloaded file to install.
